Holland Homes is a small custom home builder of approximately a dozen homes per year. Unlike large builders that mass-produce homes, we take the time to identify and understand your special needs and desires - before we build your home.
We stand behind every home we build. We perform follow-up customer service for a period of one-year after closing. If you find problems with your home after you move in, just give us a call and we will do our best to resolve the issue in a timely and satisfactory manner. In addition, near the end of the first year of living in your home, we do a final walk-through to resolve any final issues. This one-year warranty includes minor discrepancies in fit and finish.
And on top of that, we also back all of our homes with a 2-10 homebuyer's warranty. This warranty covers all of your mechanical systems for a period of two years and the structure for ten years.
