Also, please check out the "Holland Meadows" button. In the fall of 2004, we started sales in this new little neighborhood . It is conveniently located just off of Lee Hill School Drive in the Southpoint area of Spotsylvania County. The first section of Holland Meadows consisted of 18 lots and we still have one home available. Section 2 will be coming soon, Close to local schools, shopping, and Interstate 95, Holland Meadows could be the perfect homeplace for you and your family.
